We had a fantastic little networking event on Thursday 14 December, filled with beautiful kai, korero, people and surroundings.

Kia ora to our two guest speakers - Dave Haskell and Dinnie Moeahu, both men of inspiration and encouragement towards the journey towards being in business here in Taranaki.

The delicious kai was prepared with aroha by local providers - Wayfinders, Aotea Maori Women's Welfare League and Faren Taylor, a graduate from the Maara Kai Organic gardening course at Te Whare Wānanga o Awanuiārangi.

Thanks to our event sponsors BDO, Gaylene, Tania and Brooke, for supporting the event and for sharing insights to the services and workshops you have underway for Maori business owners. Finally thanks to Roena and Natalie from Te Puni Kokiri, Jenn from Venture Taranaki, Anna from Office Furniture First, and Tiri - all who share in the passion and vision to see Maori businesses in Taranaki succeed.  Networking opportunities like these help connect and inspire us to strive for the best through the challenges and success.

Merry Christmas and safe holidays to everyone over the summer days ahead and we look forward to starting 2018 with an announcement of our next event.
